Reconnect to the Hope Within

An evening to reconnect to the joy and magic within yourself, relax, and find hope during this changing times.
November’s session will focus on our foundation in life. How do we experience and nurture our sense of security, and our close relationships? How do we connect to our sense of home and place, and strengthen our energetic connection to the Earth?
We will look inward, experience gentle self-discovery, connection and relaxation. Enjoy guided meditations, self-inquiry activities, tea reflections, stories of hope, and learn about the supportive qualities of red jasper.
Participants will need to be able walk up stairs to access the gathering space.

November Reiki Healing Circle

Enjoy an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation. Experience healing Reiki energy in a small group setting, guided meditations, oracle cards and crystals!

Winter Solstice Celebration

Gather, honour and celebrate the transition of autumn to winter! Enjoy a restful, insightful and joyful evening of celebration. We’ll welcome in the winter solstice through guided meditation, building a collaborative solstice altar, and honouring the return of the light as the darkness recedes, set intentions and share our hopes for the season ahead.
The Winter Solstice is an important transition as it’s a time of rebirth, renewal and new beginnings. Enjoy an evening of connection to honour Mother Earth’s changes in seasons and the change of season within yourself.
